At Irresistible Skin Clinic, we take pride in providing safe, professional, and ethical treatments. To ensure transparency and fairness for all clients, please review the following terms regarding bookings, treatment courses, cancellations, and refunds.
- Payments and Treatment Courses
- A deposit or full payment is required to secure all bookings.
- When purchasing a course of treatments, a discounted rate is applied based on the full course being completed.
- If you choose not to complete the full course, any treatments already taken will revert to the standard single-treatment rate, and the remaining balance may be held as a clinic credit (no refunds will be issued).
- Credits must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.
- Products Ordered for Your Treatment
- Certain products (including Polynucleotides, dermal fillers, skin boosters, and Botulinum Toxin/Azzalure) are ordered individually for each client ahead of the appointment.
- Once these products have been ordered and allocated, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of whether the procedure takes place.
- The cost of such products will be deducted from any prepaid or course balance if the treatment is cancelled or declined by the client.
- Consultations and Professional Time
- Consultation and clinical assessment time form an integral part of the treatment process and are chargeable.
- If you decide not to proceed with a treatment after attending a consultation or appointment, the consultation time remains chargeable.
- Skincare Product Refunds and Replacements
Skincare products may only be refunded or replaced if they are faulty or if a verified allergic reaction occurs, subject to:
- The product being returned within 14 days of purchase, and
- Assessment and approval by the clinic.
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be refunded for reasons other than the above.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of deposit or a late cancellation fee.
- Failure to attend without notice will result in the forfeiture of the session or deposit.
- Client Comfort and Suitability
- Every effort is made to ensure client comfort and satisfaction.
- If a treatment is found unsuitable, uncomfortable, or not tolerated, alternative options will be discussed. Remaining funds may be transferred to another treatment in line with the above policy.
